Results. Why else would you consider Personal Training? Your desired results may be postural improvements, fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain, injury rehabilitation, mind-muscle connection, heart health, stress reduction, etc, etc.
Whatever your goal may be, my priority is helping you to achieve it while ensuring the program we are working on together is always:
- Sustainable – No quick fixes. No gimmicks. And no unrealistic/unachievable rules or plans. Fitness and wellness should never be thought about short-term. You are putting in the work for the sake of your overall health in the long-run.
- Personalized – Cookie-cutter is not in my vocabulary. Everyone is different – different likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, etc. My job is to get to know you and design programs that work for you – not for the general population.
- Mindful – Somewhere along the line, the majority of us have forgotten how to move, sit, and stand in a healthy manner – or rather, we have just simply stopped being mindful of our movement and posture. No matter what your reason for training, I make it a priority to reteach proper posture and movement patterns in order to correct current issues and prevent future ones.
- Enjoyable – The first three points don’t matter if you’re not having fun. Simple as that.
