As a Personal Training Specialist, Yoga Teacher, and Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner, I have a focused intention: cultivating wellness, balance, strength, and awareness in the body and mind. I work to help create a sustainable physical, mental, emotional, and energetic balance in order to be well and make the most out of life.

what is sanuk?

In Thai culture, Sanuk is a way of life. It is finding pleasure or having fun in all daily activities. But the concept of sanuk is much more than just having fun. It is making a conscious decision to find enjoyment in everything you do. It is immediate intuitive awareness in every situation throughout your day.

To me, Sanuk equates to mindfulness. And in order to be mindful, we have to be at balance physically, emotionally, and energetically. This is what Sanuk Wellness is all about: creating the balance necessary to make the most out of life!
